The James Madison University Dukes are having some of the best football attendance in the program history this year. That’s quite a lot of fans walking through our gates!
In 2011, a major $62 million renovation was completed that increased seating capacity to about 25,000. In addition to increased seating, the state of the art expansion included the addition of hospitality suites, a club lounge, a new press box and improved views.
Omega II Fence Systems provided the gates for stadium entrances C & D. The modern design and strength of Omega Architectural™ also made it the ideal choice for added security surrounding the athletic equipment storage area.
The renovation made Bridgeforth Stadium/Zane Showker Field one of the best facilities to accompany what is already one of the best gameday atmospheres in the FCS.
